Mini continues to build out its range of plug-in hybrid and all electric vehicles with its latest addition in the all electric Mini Hardtop electric, which comes with a long list of standard features. This version of the Mini follows the Cooper Countryman Plug in Hybrid and the Mini Cooper SE Countryman that are both popular electric vehicles. We receive requests for EV chargers from new owners and owners of used Mini Hardtop Electrics. Our EV Chargers are light, portable and can be moved if you rent or plan to move house, as well as be used outside of the home where plugs are available e.g RV parks. Recommendation: If you plan on staying at your residence a long time or upgrading your vehicle in the future to an all electric vehicle, we would recommend our Mini Cooper Hardtop Electric NEMA 14-50 40 amp 9.6 kWh or NEMA 14-30 24 amp 5.8 KW EV charger. Approximate charge times from empty 3.5 hours (1 and 3/4 hours with a 50% battery) with a NEMA 14-50 40 amp 9.6 kWh charger.
