Warranty

This is the Limited Warranty for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment and Accessories by EV Warehouse Inc.. The following terms and conditions apply to the original purchaser of the products (“Covered Owner” or “you”):

One Year Warranty:
EV Warehouse warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of installation (first use) (the “Warranty Period”), subject to the terms and conditions below.

Product Installation and Confirmation:
The product installation date must be confirmed by the Covered Owner within 30 days of installation via email to info@ev-chargers.com. The email must include the installation date, serial number, model type, and order number. The installation confirmation must be complete and accurate, and the installation date shall be within six months of the purchase date. If the Covered Owner fails to confirm the installation date, the product purchase date indicated in the proof of purchase shall serve as the start date of the Warranty Period.

Warranty Coverage:
If a defect in material or workmanship exists in the product and is covered by this Limited Warranty, EV Warehouse will, at its option, repair or replace the product, or refund the actual purchase price for the product less reasonable depreciation based on use at the time that EV Warehouse is notified of the defect. However, EV Warehouse Inc. will only elect to issue a refund if it is unable to provide a replacement, and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made. Repair parts and/or replacement products may be either new or reconditioned at EV Warehouse’s discretion. These are the sole and exclusive remedies, to the extent permitted by law.

Warranty Exclusions:
This limited warranty does not cover damage or malfunction directly or indirectly caused by normal wear or deterioration, abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, lack of or improper use, failure to mount the charger’s control in the supplied hanger, storage or transport, and  including but not limited to, the exclusions in our Limited Warranty Policy Statement. Please refer to the detailed Limited Warranty Policy Statement and exclusions that can be obtained by emailing info@ev-chargers.com for further information and that was sent at the time of order placement.
