Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item (ev-charger, wall box, accessory, other) must be unused and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging and complete with all of its components. Damage caused by improper installation or abuse of the product is not covered. A photograph of the plug, the charging nozzle, the front and back of the electrical box of the charger, as well as the charger being operational is required.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
Please request an RMA & obtain a prepaid shipping label.
All product returns MUST have prior authorization numbers. The customer must request and get a return material authorization (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label. To obtain them, please contact us at info@ev-chargers.com. The RMA number and prepaid shipping label are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Your return package must be shipped before 30 days have passed.
We will provide you with the return shipping label upon request, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your full refund. Once we have received and inspected your item, if everything is satisfactory, your refund will be issued within 5-10 business days from receipt of the product and confirmation of condition.
There are no shipping charges to return as we cover that. Item will ONLY be accepted for return if it is shipped with the provided prepaid shipping label.
