Here at EV Chargers, we offer free delivery. The product will arrive within three to five business days, depending on your State in the U.S. Most shipments to the West Coast and East Coast, excluding Maine and Massachusetts, will arrive within three business days. If your order is urgent, please let us know at email@example.com after placing it, and we can try to expedite it for a small extra cost. All shipping carriers are estimating a record number of shipping delays due to the increased demand brought on by COVID-19. This has directly affected our inventory supply, and we have faced constraints on some of our parts and accessories. We are diligently working with our top suppliers/brands to increase inventory at our distribution centers to ensure we meet your demands.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item (ev-charger, wall box, accessory, other) must be unused and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging and complete with all of its components. Damage caused by improper installation or abuse of the product is not covered. A photograph of the plug, the charging nozzle, the front and back of the electrical box of the charger, as well as the charger being operational is required.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
Please request an RMA & obtain a prepaid shipping label.
All product returns MUST have prior authorization numbers. The customer must request and get a return material authorization (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label. To obtain them, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The RMA number and prepaid shipping label are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Your return package must be shipped before 30 days have passed.
We will provide you with the return shipping label upon request, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your full refund. Once we have received and inspected your item, if everything is satisfactory, your refund will be issued within 5-10 business days from receipt of the product and confirmation of condition.
There are no shipping charges to return as we cover that. Item will ONLY be accepted for return if it is shipped with the provided prepaid shipping label.
Once your return is received and the product inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund, please double-check your bank account statement.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll provide instructions for the return.
