Introduction
Welcome to EV Chargers, INC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers provided by our Company. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Services Provided

- We provide consultation, installation, and maintenance services for EV chargers.
- We ensure that our installations comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Any additional services requested outside the original agreement may be subject to additional fees.

Eligibility and Responsibilities

- The customer must be the property owner or have written authorization from the property owner for the installation.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate electrical infrastructure and access for installation.
- The customer must disclose any known electrical issues before installation.

Pricing and Payment

- Prices are based on the scope of work agreed upon before installation.
- A deposit may be required before work commences.
- Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen site conditions or additional customer requests.

Warranties and Liabilities

- We provide a limited warranty on our installation services for a period of 1 year from the completion date.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, external electrical faults, or natural disasters.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the installed charger.

Installation Site Conditions

- Customers must ensure the installation site is free from hazards and accessible.
- We are not responsible for any structural or electrical issues that arise due to pre-existing conditions.
- Any necessary permits or approvals are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellations made before installation may be subject to a cancellation fee or not possible if the materials for the installation have already been purchased.
- If installation is canceled due to site inaccessibility or safety concerns, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion, but the cost of materials will not be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

Limitation of Liability

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from improper use or third-party interference with the installed charger.

Indemnification

EV Warehouse Inc. acknowledges the sole ownership by the other Parties and validity of all trademarks, trade dress, logos, and slogans owned by the other Parties, as well as used or intended to be used in connection with the EV chargers of Party, as applicable.

The Party does not assert or claim any interest in or do anything that may adversely affect the validity or enforceability of any copyright, trademark, trade dress, logo, or slogan owned by the other Parties. The sole reason for the use of the other Parties marks is to describe the compatibility, fit and intended use with cars of Parties for the purpose of appropriate owner selection of charger type, charging speeds and most cost-effective EV charger.
