Buick has brought back its 1959 classic car as a new all-electric SUV called the Electra E5. The vehicle utilizes the Ultium battery platform and competes in the same category as the Chevrolet Equinox. The Electra E5 is expected to be a part of Buick’s future lineup, with model editions ranging from E1 to E9. In the mid-size SUV class, the Electra E5 will compete with its closest competitor, the Cadillac Lyriq, and boasts an all-electric drive range of 300 miles.
We provide a range of EV plug and charger types, and we recommend using the most powerful Level 2 240-volt Buick EV chargers to maximize charging times. Our most popular options are the NEMA 14-50 240-volt Level 2 charger and the hardwired Wallbox Pulsar EV charger. These chargers offer fast charging times, and from a 50% battery level (when most EV owners recharge), the battery will be fully charged in just 4-5 hours
