The plug-in-hybrid version of Cadillac’s CT6 luxury sedan was no longer offered as of 2020, but there are still plenty of models still on the road. The Cadillac CT7 came with a reasonable size lithium-ion battery pack of 18.4 kWh (how large the battery is), but a relatively slow charging speed capacity (3.6 kWh) battery acceptance rate. If you don’t plan on upgrading your EV any time soon, then a level 1 NEMA 5-15 Cadillac CT7 charger (regular residential plug) will work well. If you plan on upgrading your EV in the future, a level 2 NEMA 40-amp TOTALEV 14-50 or NEMA 6-50 Cadillac CT7 EV charger will charge this car at its fastest charge rate and will also provide a much faster charger for your next plug-in or pure electric vehicle.
